Godspower Pioneering Afro RnB gospel to impact generations.
Ewujowu Friday Godspower, a gospel artist who hails from Dela State, is set to ignite the world with his gospel vibes he best describes as “Afro RnB gospel”.
Describing himself as a lover of God and a gospel music creative, he has always been a staunch fan of good music, one that typifies healthy lyrics.
“Music for me has always been a positive addiction, an escape route to my pain and the only thing I do with pleasant joy.” Before my surgeon into the gospel music, I used to listen to Usher , J. moss, R. Kelly, Boys to Men , Lauryn Hill, Deitrick Haddon and many wonderful musicians. This influenced my kind of music and birthed a new kind of genre I like to describe as “Afro RnB gospel”.
His first single was titled, ” take it all Jesus ” a complete R&B classic found only on free download. After its release, I further expanded my writing skills and musical strength, which was very evident in ” Every knee must bow”, a fusion of R&B and contemporary rock gospel.
Speaking further, He reiterates the down times in his journey to the top, emphasizing that his passion and the help of the Holy Spirit keeps him going, gathering new songs along the way as he gears up to dropping an album soon. ” My goal as a gospel artist is to drop songs that will impact my generation and the one to come. Impacting them with spiritual songs of all genres.
While we await his next single, “Higher”, a real RnB masterpiece that will precede his anticipated album later this year, here is Every Knee must Bow:
