Application Accuracy

All information, photographs, videos, and links submitted must be accurate and belong to the applicant. Any false information or misrepresentation may result in immediate disqualification.

Registration Fee

A registration fee of ₦5,000 is required to confirm participation. Applications will only be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Selection Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. All decisions regarding shortlisting, participation, judging, or disqualification remain solely at the discretion of Desauce Magazine.

Content Usage

Photos, videos, and other materials submitted during the application process may be used by Desauce Magazine for evaluation, promotional, editorial, marketing, and competition related purposes.

Applicants retain ownership of their content while granting Desauce Magazine a non exclusive, royalty free license to use submitted materials in connection with the Model Challenge.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected will only be used for administering the Model Challenge and communicating with participants. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Participants agree that Desauce Magazine and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from participation in the competition or use of submitted content.

Amendments

Desauce Magazine reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
