By participating in the Desauce Magazine Model Challenge, you agree to the following terms:

Application Accuracy: All information, photos, and links submitted must be true, accurate, and belong to you. Misrepresentation may lead to immediate disqualification.

Registration Fee: A registration fee of ₦5,000 is required to confirm your participation. Your application will only be processed and considered complete once payment is received. Desauce Magazine is not responsible for failed, delayed, or incomplete payments.

Selection & Participation: Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. The decision of the Desauce Magazine team is final regarding shortlist, participation, or disqualification.

Use of Content: Any photos, videos, or media submitted as part of your application may be reviewed and used by Desauce Magazine for evaluation, promotional, or editorial purposes. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Desauce Magazine a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Model Challenge.

Privacy & Data: All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Model Challenge and contacting applicants. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Liability: By participating, you agree that Desauce Magazine and its affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your participation or use of content submitted.

Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Desauce Magazine reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Model Challenge at any time without prior notice.
